The XVI Paralympic Games started in Tokyo

On August 24, the XVI Paralympic Games started in Tokyo. Events will be held on the same grounds that were used for the Olympic Games. Within the framework of the games, 539 medal sets will be played in 22 types of sports, among which there is a paratriathlon.

Paratriathlon races are scheduled for 06.30 am on August 28-29. Participants will compete for 4 sets of medals on each competition day.

For the first time, paratriathlon was included in the Paralympic Games in 2010. Paratriathlon has been maintained at the World Triathlon level for the last 20 years.
