Resultative start in Cholpon-Ata

On 7th July in Cholpon-Ata passed one of the most significant sporting events of the past week - the Asian Cup and the Central Asian Triathlon Championship. The Cup was held under the auspices of ITU and ASTC on the shore of Issyk-Kul and was attended by 46 athletes from more than 10 countries. The triathletes fought for prizes at the sprint.

Ten triathletes arrived in Issyk-Kul to represent Kazakhstan: 8 men and 2 women, most of whom won the prizes of the Cholpan-Ata.

The apogee of the starting day was an event when all three prizes of the Central Asian Championship were won by our national team's triathletes. Leader among the men was Ayan Beysenbayev, Meirlan Iskakov finished second, Semyon Pivovarov closed the top three. The first place among the women of the Central Asian Championship was also won by the representative of our country - Anastasiya Autushko. Also Daryn Konysbaev became the champion of Central Asia among juniors. And Arina Shulgina won first place of the Asian Cup and became the absolute leader of the start among women.

In general, the performance of our team in Cholpon-Ata was successful and productive, to the rating of our athletes added more points and won more gold in the treasury of the country.
